Shipping Policy – Hobieshop
We ship marine hardware, fittings, and rigging components to Sweden and Finland.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak season (spring/summer), processing may take slightly longer.
Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock ItemsSome products showing 0 in stock may still be available to order from our suppliers. For these items:
- Delivery times will be longer than standard — we'll confirm the estimated lead time before processing
- Additional freight costs may apply and will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed
- These items cannot be returned for a refund unless the customer covers the restocking fee charged by our supplier and the return freight cost
Shipping (Sweden & Finland) We ship via PostNord and DHL. Estimated delivery times for in-stock items:
- Sweden: 2–4 business days
- Finland: 3–6 business days
Oversized Items Products exceeding 1.5 m in length require special freight handling and cannot be shipped at standard rates. For these items, we will contact you with a transport quote before processing your order. Delivery times for oversized shipments may vary.
